Elephant is the COSI backup server! It boots from an Intel 120 GB SSD and has a RAID array consisting of five 3TB drives which allows for approximately 8.7TB of usable space. It is mostly made of consumer grade leftover hardware.
Backups are done every Saterday morning at 1:00 am. The current services being saved are: Elephant (scripts) and Bacon (user data and Talos clone).
